This superbly equipped holiday complex enjoys a prime location on the Spangereid Canal in Lindesnes, Båly, on the sun-drenched coast of southern Norway. Sleeps up to 6 people, 1 bathroom, 3 bedrooms, 6 beds, a jetty in front of the house, a large terrace, final cleaning and Wi-Fi included, Smart TV, non-smoking, living space 81 m², etc., and one small dog is allowed (fee applies). Baly Brygge 3 is registered for tourist fishing with a fish export quota.

Boat included: Large Øien 620 F with 50 HP outboard from March 22nd to November 8th.
The boat is 6.20 m long, 2.35 m wide, very seaworthy, and features a helm station with a Garmin 72 SV depth sounder and chart plotter, suitable for 4-5 anglers. The boat can be driven without a license if the driver was born before 1980. The boat is moored at the boat dock by the house, where there is also a filleting table or on-board filleting.

Boat Rana 530 including:
From April 1 to September 30, the owner offers his guests a 17-foot "Rana 530" boat with a 40 HP Yamaha 4-stroke engine free of charge. During the season, the boat is moored at a boathouse in Sigersvoll-Sigersvollstranda on the Eisdsfjorden (a 5-minute or 2.3 km drive). Life jackets are available in a variety of sizes.

A cozy 50 m² apartment with an open-plan living area, patio, 2 bedrooms (3 beds, extra bed possible), sleeps 3 adults and 1 infant, shower room with WC. Final cleaning and Wi-Fi included. Non-smoking, dogs welcome, ideal for anglers – registered for tourist fishing with export quota, on-site fish cleaning house, new communal sauna (opening in 2025).
